7. Styrax tepuiensis Steyermark & Maguire, Mem. N. Y. Bot. Gard. 17(1): 456-459. 1967. The three rather poorly marked subspecies of Styrax tepuiensis are in general appearance held together by the pale quality of the firm leaves (in sicco) and fine, pale, buff-colored pubescence. Differences in leaf form, as indicated in the key, distinguish these populations.
