1. Parabignonia steyermarkii Sandwith, Bol. Soc. Venez. Ci. Nat. 26:446. 1966. Type. Venezuela, Bolivar, Steyermark et al 93003 (K, VEN). This species has previously been known only from Venezuela. It is reported here for the first time from Guyana [Tillett et al 45149 (NY) from Mt. Ayanganna]. The mature fruit and mode of dehiscence are still unknown.
