Discussion
Styrax duidae is a species of rather narrow genetic compass. Here three subspecies are recognized, each enjoying a disjunct mono-mesa distribution. Differences, as seen by the key, to be found in leaves and flowers are not great but are geographic. Most probably were the three populations contiguous, distinctions would be swamped out.
