    Ten plants, 1.38-1.48, 1.45-1.56, 1.60-1.75 m , preservation good. The recurved, bistratose leaf margins and denticulate leaf apices are diagnostic. Most of the fossils had cauline ryhizoids. One probable male plant was found. Although no antheridia were observed, the plant bore two perigonia comprised of enlarged, overlapping basal leaf laminae. Fig. 2a-d.
