Distribution and Ecology - On calcareous clay of roadbank in oak-pine woods at 1600 m alt.; Nuevo León (ca. 9 mi. NW of Monterrey, F. J. Hermann 26063, type, MICH).—Endemic. [We agree with Terry O'Brien (in litt., 1993) that this species is asynonym of Haplocladium angustifolium—Editors.]
