    Species Description - Plants 70-80 cm tall, forming tubular or subbulbous rosette, green. Leaves 90-120 cm long; sheath oblong, 10-15 cm long, entire; blade coriaceous, linear, 1 -1.5 cm wide, sparsely serrate, long-attenuate, filiform at tip, sparsely lepidote. Inflorescences 35-40 cm long, 2-branched, lax, with 8- 15 primary lateral branches, the peduncle prominent, curved, about 25 cm long, the branchlets laxly 5-10-flowered, 2.5-5 cm long, the rachis purple, the floral bracts pale pink, very small, filiform, 0.1-0.3 cm long. Flowers spreading at right angle or even at greater angle from rachis, long-pedicellate, the pedicel purple; sepals asymmetrical, with large wing, 0.3 cm long; petals rose. Fr (Nov); epiphyte.
