Description:Species Description - Rhizomes small, erect. Fronds 5-10, erect, pinnatifid, 3 - 12 X 0.5 cm, the triangular lobes adnate, 1-1.5 mm long, with sparse, brownish, 1 mm long hairs; veins scarcely visible. Sori inserted singly at base of each ultimate segment.

Distribution and Ecology - Understory of forests at 400 to 650 m.
