Description
Description - Plant 5-10 dm high. Leaf-blades scarcely or not at all narrowed toward base, 3-15 mm wide, serrate for most of their length. Sepals15-20 mm long.

Terrestrial and saxicolous, open places, 110-1025 m alt, Amazonas, Venezuela, and adjacent Colombia and Para, Brazil.
