Description
Species Description - The variety is similar to the species but differs in that it is slightly larger and the cells of the leaf are somewhat different. The cells of the dorsal margin in the lower two-thirds of the leaf are long-rectangular, 50-117 X 13-20 µ, as are those of the ventral margin and the interior. In contrast, in the species the cells of the dorsal margin are only 35-50 X 25 µ. The underleaves are also somewhat larger.
