Description
Variety Description - Procumbent, the mature stems only 4-6 dm, unarmed or inconspicuously armed at random nodes; cauline setae to 2-5 mm; petioles 3-22 mm; pinnae of all lvs 1-jug., the rachis 4-6 cm; lfts 5-11-jug., pilosulous on both faces, the larger ones 12-20 x 5-9 mm; peduncles 5-10.5 cm; pods ±5 mm wide, the valves both puberulent and setulose, the setae of replum sometimes minutely scaberulous.
Distribution and Ecology - In cerrado, 500-800 m, local in far w. Bahia (Rio das Ondas, e. slope of Espigão Mestre) and e.-centr. Goiás (Sa. do Morcêgo), in lat. 12- 15°S.—Fl. I-IV. Map 65.
