Description:Variety Description - Habit of var. latifolia, but stems glabrate, resinous (unctuous to touch when fresh); longer pinnae ± 8-9 cm, with ±17 pairs of rather distant, obliquely lanceolate lfts attaining ±12x3 mm; bracts almost glabrous, the margin microscopically ciliolate esetose.

Distribution and Ecology - In campo, known only from the type-collection from municipio Ponta Grossa in e. Paraná, Brazil.-Fl. (?-)I-II.
