    Species Description - Glabrous shrub. Branchlets very slender, divaricate, striate, early covered with pale cork. Leaves usually solitary per node, linear to linear-lanceolate, apex obtuse or rounded, base attenuate to the petiole (1 mm long), chartaceous, dark glaucous-green above, paler beneath, and a little shining or dull in dry specimens, rather obscurely tuberculate on both surfaces, 1.5-3 x 0.2-0.5 cm, midrib somewhat impressed in its lower part above, slightly raised beneath, lateral nerves subinconspicuous. Inflorescences solitary per axil; peduncle 3-4 mm long, bearing one flower distally; epicalyx of bracts cup-shaped. Flowers not known. Drupe ellipsoid, 8 x 5 mm.
