Sichuan Province, Baoxing Xian: WNW of the city of Baoxing;
Ganyanggou Road to Leyuan Shan, upstream along tributary of Xi He
(West River) from confluence at Longdong Zhen on road to Leyuan
Shan. 30°24'42"N, 102°35'51"E; 1940 m. Remnant mixed deciduous
forest with Cercidiphyllum, Tetracentron, Davidia, Juglans, Betula,
Acer and Populus. Moist, dark soil on boulder strewn slope in forest.
Fronds clustered at apex of erect rhizome. Voucher for C. Davidson
and S. Christoph, Flora of the World (http://floraoftheworld.org/).
