Left side (facing upstream) of Yele Dam. 28°54'59"N,
102°12'59"E; 2650—2720 m. Area cleared for dam, adjacent
remnant Taxus-Tsuga-mixed deciduous forest with mixed
Rhododendron-Salix-bamboo-shrub understory and adjacent
meadows. Moist, mossy slopes in shade to partial shade. Fronds
clustered at apex of erect rhizome.
