stem Stems of the tree can be used to make
smaller posts of the cyclone house. Harvest the
stems that are already bent and join these together
with vine rope to make the main frame of the
house.
flower Flowers are strung on thread to make a
necklace used to welcome visitors.
stem Wood from the stems of the tree is used to
make a fence post to keep cattle.
stem Firewood and charcoal are made from
these stems, especially for sale to people with-
out access to these cooking fuels, such as people
who live in urban areas.
