KERSHAW COUNTY: Plants thinly but abundantly rhizomatous,
isolated in a couple of large patches, where abundant; petals pale
pink; damp sandy depression with Scleria pauciflora, Rhynchospora
globularis, this site surely recovering from previous bush-
hogging/clearing, a remnant sandhill on south side of Percival Road
(SC 12), just east of Richland Co line and west of Brazell Rd, 3.6
air mi SSE of downtown Elgin; 34.1195°N -80.7796°W.
