Common Name Sailor's Cap, Sailor's Choice, Periwinkle, White flowers.
Description	Herb with white flowers, the center of the corolla has a purple dot.
Location/Habitat Port Howe, disturbed garden area located by Henry's place, at the far
northeast part of the settlement.

Uses/Comments This particular flower color is generally not used, but the pink petaled
plant is boiled and the decoction is taken for "high blood and the white
petaled with yellow center is taken for "sugar." Not previously listed for
Cat Is. (Correll & Correll, 1982)
