Terrestrial shrub 1 to 2 hi tall. Rhachis, pedicels
& calyx pale yellowish-green lightly suffused with
red? floral bracts red to translucent green suffused
with red; lower 3/4 of corolla bright red, upper 1/4
pale yellowish-green; immature fruits green.
