Habitat
In disturbed woods with Carya cordiformis in gorge of Bronx River, just upstream from the Snuff Mill.

Description
Small tree 9m tall, 15cm in diameter, undoubtedly native or at least escaped. Immature fruit green, stigmas whitish. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
