Deciduous forest.

Description
Tree, 10 m x 6 cm diam. Bark rough, peeling in irregular plates. Leaves white abaxially, green adaxially, ca. 11 long x 6 cm wide. Young twigs with conspicuous scars, the rest of the twig first green, then turning dark brown. 'Branching sympodial. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
