  • Description

    Sepals extrenally crimson; internally yellow, with a row of red-brown dots near the margin. Petals clawed, the claw and mid-vein area heavy-textured; colro basiclaly deep yellow, externally the midvein crimson, with a zone of red covering the yellow apically (i.e. where not covered by the sepals), the wings with numerous small brownish dots; internally, the margins recurved and meeting at the top of nectary, which extends along the length of the claw, about 2/3 of the wings with large reddish-brown dots, the margin with very small dots of the same color.
