Abundant. Hummock grassland. Characteristic spp.: *Grevillea cunninghamii*,
*Acacia translucens*, *Planchonia rupestris*, *Flagellaria indica*, *Triodia* sp. In
gullies between massive sandstone outcrops. King Leopold Sandstone. Soil
yellow. Sand skeletal.
Prickly, erect to 3.5 m. Purple flowers. Leaves lobed, elliptic, bright green.
