  • Description

    On living tree bark of Syncarpia. Mustard yellowish brown felty mycelium at stipe base. Brown cap, becoming dull cinnamon brown and areolate. Yellow tubes and flesh, quickly cyanescent. Stipe flesh red in base. Stipe yellow at apex, rhubarb red below, sometimes shallowly ridged, heavily appressed fibrillose.
