Description

Host twigs. Letter from M.E. Barr Bigelow to Julia Checa regarding certain Herpotrichiellas; and commenting that the specimen appears to be closest to "L. compositarum," etc. Noted in pencil at the bottom of the letter: "11 Dec '86, conversation w J. Boise, recheck slide, obviously Syncarpella but not a known sp.".
