    Globular; about one-sixth of an inch (4-millimeters) in diameter; crowned with the caylx-teeth; brownish-yellow, with slight longitudinal ridge; the two mericarps cohering, enclosing a lenticular cavity, and each furnished on the face with two oill-tubes; odor and taste agreeably aromatic. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
