Description
Pileus 1.5-2.5 cm broad, stipe 2-4 cm long, convex to plano-convex, dry matted to matted subtomentose, pale olive (4C-D5,4), with even margin. Flesh white, slowly changing to pink to pale brownish pink. Hymenophore favoloid, with boletinoid orientation, with multiple levels of pores (Sinoboletus?), adnate to adnexed to rarely and barely subdecurrent, whitish at first to pale yellowish white, bruising light brown. Stipe 2-3 cm long, 6-15 mm broad, equal to tapering downward or rarely short, broad and tapered at base, white, unchanging, very finely matted, with interior white, changing to brownish pink, soon hollow, with white basal mycelium."
