Acacia distansnMaslin
Tree to 8m tall, more or less infundibular
with dense, silvery grey-green, slightly
rounded crowns. Bark dark grey, longitudinally
fissured with fine horizontal fissures on the
individual segments. New shoots at first pale
gitron-sericeous, then turning silvery light
green. Ulti&ate branchlets very slender, some-
times pendulous. Phyllode apices brown and
acute, not pungent.
Forming dense, almost monypic stands along
the banks of the River. A little Acacia
citrinoviridis growing here also.
