sp. nov., *Poa mannii*, *Festuca* sp., *Wilkesia gymnoxiphium*.
Major Threats: Goats, *Erigeron karvinskianus*, *Rubus argutus*,
*Verbena littoralis*, *Lantana camara*, *Kalanchoe pinnata*, land
slides. Elev. 2500 ft.
1 m tall, upright shrub; corolla orange; common in area.
