Location
United States of America. Missouri. Mammoth Creek, 1.5 km east of Big River, paralleling Mammoth Road.

Habitat
Very common on exposed limestone bedrock in Mammoth Creek just above the current water level. Many dozens of individual plants. Alos occasional in wet roadbank below dry hillside along Mammoth Road. With Senecio, Juncus, Castilleja coccinea, Rudbeckia hirta, Physocarpus opulifolius, and Sisyrinchium.

Flowers white, labellum centrally deep buttery yellow with green veins, papillate. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
