Sandy floodplain, brushy, with much Tessaria
integrifolia, Baccharis salicifolia, Adenaria
floribunda, Solanum urticans, Piper spp.
Vine with abundant milky sap. Leaves
whitened beneath. Fruit with swollen rim at
base and longitudinal ridges. Many buds, few
flowers; flowers greenish white.
