peaks; roots ample whitish green, the individual tufts
much flattened; leaves very thick & limp recurred, deeply
grooved along the entire upper side, the basal imbrioate
Sheath portion yellowish; spikes terete, yellowish green,
bracteated, ourred but asoending, arising from the leaf
axils« also flexible; ovary green but turning yellow, the
white floral organs ereot; flowers odorless. Oabadbaran,
