Locality Pis Island, on north side of Truk barrier reef.
Habitat flat coral sand and rock substratum, mostly planted to coconuts,
with dense brushy understory toward outer beach of Scaevola mixed
with other shrubs, Messerschmidia fringing beach, wet.
Oooasional in sandy places among dwellings*
