T. 13S, R. 3W, El/2 El/2 SE1/4 NW1/4 Sect. 1 Illinois Route 3 (FAP 312), Ware (south), west side, 0.35 mile north of Refuge Drive, 2.3 miles south of junction Illinois Route 146 (Ware), south side of Running Lake Ditch bridge, vicinity of drainage culvert at pavement marker 222. Mississippi River floodplain. Ware 7.5 minute U.S.G.S. quadrangle. Elevation about 340 feet. Disturbed wet silty sand and mud; alluvial deposits. Marsh, drainage ditch, bordering agricultural land, dominated by Sagittaria spp., Polygonum hydropiperoides, Polygonum pensylvanicum, Heteranthera limosa, Lindemia dubia, Ludwigia peploides, Ammannia.
