Tree to 7.6 m. Trunk with vertical black diamond shape^stripes at the
base, upper trunk grayish-white. Upper branches strongly Weeping. ’
Growing in the thick brush of a brushy 21 year old old-field with
Juniperus virginiana, Malus, and Toxicodendron radicans.
