    On sandy knoll. Jack pine-White spruce forest, floor with litter and some father mosses and Cladonia. Shrubs: Shepherdia, Arctostaphylos uva-ursi, Amelanchier. Herbs: Lathyrus, Zygadenus, Geocaulon. Dominant.
