Description:

Pileus 5 cm broad, dry, areolate with pale tan to pale olive tan veil remnants. Flesh pale yellow, staining blue, with mild odor and taste. Tubes 1.5 cm long, pale yellow, bluing, with pores pale greenish yellow, bluing, sometimes with a red tint. Stipe eccentric, 7 cm long, 1.8 cm broad, tapering downward to a point, dry, with a greenish yellow pulverulence below, tan to very pale yellow above pulverulence, with interior bright yellow above, deep orange at base, some hints of bluing.
Habitat:

Dry sclerophyll. Allocasuarina, Eucalyptus. Solitary. On soil.
