Description:

Pileus up to 8.5 cm broad, convex to plano-convex. Stipe up to 8 cm long, 1.5 cm broad, clavate to subclavate. Flesh cyanescent and then rufescent then blackening. Cyanogranules (+) rare, fine and scattered in p-pellis; hyphae with brown contents, with blue subpellis, some constricted and palisadal. St-pellis with clusters of short-clavate caulocystidia, sometimes with cyanogranulifers (+), frequently with smooth, blue walls; subpellis with cyanogranules (+).
Habitat:

Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus signata, E. pilularis, Leptospermum, Allocasuarina. Gregarious. On sand.
