Description:
Subviscid pileus 2-3 cm broad, convex, violet brown (10F8). Flesh white with pale violet tints, soft and spongy. Tubes porphyry pink. Stipe 3-6 cm long, 2-4 mm broad, equal, dry, white, fibrillose striate, staining yellow at base.
