Update July 2024. Included ADM, U, and WAG merged with Naturalis Biodiversity Center Herbarium (L) at Leiden. Please send us an e-mail to botanie.collectie@naturalis.nl for loan requests and at least 4 weeks in advance to request a visit to the Botanical collections. We have digitized our vascular plant collections including images of 5.5 million specimens and our data is accessible and open source at Bioportal (https://bioportal.naturalis.nl/en), GBIF, and SpeciesLink. We have around 6.5 million vascular plants, bryophytes, algae, fungi, and lichens specimens (including approximately 75,000 types digitized at high resolution). Flora projects include Flora of the Guianas, Flora de Gabon, Flora Malesiana, and Flora of Thailand. Types specimens are not sent on loan, nor are DNA samples. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING ANY GIFT OR EXCHANGE MATERIAL.
